Our pricing model is based on the target square-footage that you're looking for, and a full set of plans for an ADU can range anywhere between $5,500 - $10,000 and can increase based on design changes, and other requirements.

What's Included?

Architectural Drawings

Cover Sheet, Existing Site Plan, Proposed Site Plan, Proposed Floor Plan, and North, East, West, and South Elevations, 2 Architectural Sections, and General Notes Sheets. These are often used to get approval from your local Planning Department.

Structural Drawings

Structural Roof Plan, Framing Plan, Foundation Plan, Structural Details (Standard), and applicable General Notes Sheets. These, in addition to the architectural set, are often used to get approval from your local Building and Safety Department.

1 hour design-time with your dedicated designer via Zoom. This can be used to make changes to your floor plan and other design aspects of the architectural plan set in real time. Additional design-time can be purchased at an hourly rate.
